Van Horn, Metz & Co. Acquires The Thornley Company

        On December 31st, 2012 Thornley Company was purchased by Van Horn, Metz & Co. of Conshohocken, PA.

        Thornley Company president, Doug Thornley says "Van Horn & Metz is a like-mided company that we have known for many years within the industry and have always held in high regard. This is an exciting and wonderful opportunity to collectively expand the legacy of Thornley Company and the Thorco product line."

        Van Horn Metz will consolidate all operations from Thornley into the Conshohocken, PA Headquarters over the next 60 days. "Our goal is to make the transitions seamless for the customers," said Barret Fisher, VHM President. "They will continue to receive the same excellent support, service, and availability portfolio of innovative materials."
