Thorcoflex is ideal for water based mascara applications. It is an excellent dispersant for carbon black and iron oxides and is compatible with natural waxes.

MANUFACTURING PROCEDURE:
· Add phases B & C D to phase A (cold) and disperse.
· Heat to 85C and mix for 25 minutes
· Add phase E and continue mixing
· Heat phase F to 85C in a separate vessel and add slowly to phases ABCD with rapid mixing (homogenization)
· Hold batch at 85C and continue mixing
· Start cooling with rapid mixing and cool slowly to 55C with rapid mixing
· Add phase G slowly
· Add phase H and continue cooling to 32C
